What's Proposed?
An Amendment to the Zoning By-law is proposed to permit the development of two-storey mixed use building with commercial space on the ground floor and 3 apartment units on the second floor.
The applicant has requested a rezoning of the lands from an Community Commercial 1 (COC1) Zone to a site-specific Community Commercial 1 (COC1) Zone to permit the proposed development.
