Whats Proposed? A Draft Plan of Subdivision for the creation of four (4) residential lots on a public right-of-way (extension of Tudor Close West). The applicant has also requested the Lifting of the Holding (H) symbol (ZBA-03-2021-85 of 2002).

Whats Proposed? Amendments to the Official Plan & Zoning By-law to permit the development of 6 new residential dwelling lots in a plan of subdivision.
A similar development proposal (OPA #12) was previously refused by Sarnia City Council on November 5, 2018. These applications were modified to address natural heritage issues, shoreline management and provide an EIS which were some of concerns for the refusal.
The following were submitted in support of the application and are currently being reviewed by staff and agencies.
