Adoption of CIP

On December 7, 2020, Sarnia City Council adopted a new Community Improvement Plan for the Downtown and Mitton Village commercial areas. During the 2021 Budget Deliberations, City Council approved $200,000 for the Community Improvement Plan including $100,000 for Public Realm Enhancements and $100,000 for incentive programs.

Staff will be working on an implementation plan early in 2021 and reporting back to Council during Q2.
