Notice is being given that Sarnia City Council, at its meeting to be held on May 3, 2021, will give consideration to a proposed amendment to By-Law #187 of 2019, as amended, A By-Law to Delegate Certain Powers and Duties of Council. The proposed amendment would delegate authority to the Chief Building Official for the appointment of Building Inspectors under the Building Code Act.
Written comments regarding the proposed amendment should be submitted to the Community Services Division (Building Department) by no later than noon on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 by email building@sarnia.ca or by mail 255 Christina St. N. Box 3018 Sarnia, ON N7T 7N2.
