What's Proposed?

Amendments to the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit the development of 44 new multiple-attached residential dwelling units on two blocks, one on each side of the the intersection of Confederation Line and Ronald Bloore Drive.

The applicant has requested to amend the Official Plan designation from a 'Mixed Use' designation on Map 7 - Land Use Designations and 'General Commercial' in Secondary Plan Area 2 to 'Urban Residential' and to rezone the lands from a Community Commercial 1 (COC1) Zone and Community Commercial 1-19 (COC1-19) Zone to an Urban Residential 4 (UR4) Zone to permit the development.
